It’s this very month! Saturday June 28th.
Come gather all who hear my voice,
I give you reason to rejoice.
For it’s off to East Cowes you may go
To the biosphere festival unplugged show.
Details
Where? At the Craft101 craft brewery outlet in East Cowes, Isle of Wight.
When? 7.30-9.30 on Saturday 28th June 2025
What? Andy Roberts Unplugged
An all acoustic performance of original songs and stories, weaved around the themes of environment, community and connections.

Um….?
Look at all the events and activities planned for the day culminating in my little concert in the evening:
Taken from the printed programme, available in more detail from the IOW Biosphere website here:

I’m really looking forward to being able to focus mainly on songs from my own back catalogue of albums
Philosphical, The Rowan Tree, Boulevard Days, Mazet etc.
And of course, depending on how the evening unfolds I’ll consider audience requests for unplugged songs from my repertoire of covers as well.
What else
What else can I tell you to entice you out of your homes? It’s free entry, so there’s no ticket website for you to navigate, just turn up and take a seat. It’s a great little bar in the place formerly known as The Old Curiosity Shop and now helpfully signed on the windows as Craft Ale House
A large selection of quality craft ales are available including some exclusively brewed just a few doors up the road, which is Clarence Road, number 1A, so right near the corner with the main road, York Avenue.
But first, in June
A week before the Biosphere gig, it’s the summer solstice on Saturday June 21st. Does anybody fancy a few songs around the fire pit ?
🎶 Looking Ahead to Summer Gigs 🌿
Friends, as you may have gathered I’ve had to make time for some other pressing priorities this year. As a result my bookings calendar is looking somewhat sparse.
So I’m putting the feelers out as I start shaping up the rest of my summer.
If you’re booking music for an Island pub, café, garden event or something local and lovely in July, August or later – I’ve got some weekends free and would love to get a few more gigs in the diary.
Acoustic guitar, vocals, a mix of classic covers and original songs – relaxed and well-seasoned.
If you know a venue that might suit, or fancy a live music evening yourself, just give me a shout or tag someone below. Always happy to chat ideas.
Thanks as ever for the support – and I hope to see a few of you out there as the evenings get longer and warmer 🌙🦉
